  • 3/4 cup gluten-free baking flour
  • 4 Tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


Take cornmeal, salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk the butter, eggs, and milk in another bowl. Pour the dry ingredients of the recipe over the wet ingredients and mix well. Scoop the muffin batter in a lined muffin pan and bake the muffins for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees F.

Tahini Granola

People who are tired of those gluten-free recipes made with oats can try tahini granola with nuts.


  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 cups mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • Kosher salt to taste


Combine coconut flakes and mixed nuts in a bowl. Take tahini, cardamom, salt, oil, and maple syrup in another bowl and toss well until combined. Drizzle this tahini mixture over the mixed nuts and mix well. Scoop the nuts on a lined baking sheet and bake the granola for half an hour at 300°. Make sure to turn the sheet after 15 minutes. Let cool before serving with more maple syrup!

Millet Porridge

Millet porridge is healthy to the core and doesn’t require much time. Make this porridge delicious with soy milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and raisins.


  • 1⁄3 cup millet
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 3⁄4 cup water
  • 1⁄2 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 Tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. honey
  • Pinch of salt


Combine millet, milk, salt, vanilla, water, cinnamon, and raisins in a pan. Bring the mixture to boil and cook on low flame for half an hour without stirring. Check the porridge and cook for another few minutes if the liquid is still there. Remove from the flame and drizzle some honey on the porridge before serving hot.

Baked Oatmeal With Fruity Sauce

Prepare this baked oatmeal with apple and cranberry sauce and you and your kids will love it for sure.


For Oatmeal

  • 3 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 4 cups almond or soy milk
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 4 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract

For Final Dish

  • 3 apples
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 Tsp. salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick


Take a baking dish and brush it with coconut oil. Take a bowl and toss oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, salt, cardamom, and cinnamon in it. Now take another bowl and combine the rest coconut oil, milk, vanilla, and honey. Pour this honey mixture over the oats and stir well. Transfer the oat mixture to the baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350°
