Ingredients

  • One-fourth cup of unsalted butter kept at room temperature
  • One-fourth cup of vegetable oil
  • Half cup of sugar
  • One-third cup of brown sugar
  • Two large eggs
  • One and a half tsp. of vanilla
  • Level oz all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • Half tsp. of xanthan gum*
  • Two spoons of ground cinnamon
  • One and a half spoons of baking powder
  • One tsp. of ground nutmeg
  • Three fourth tsp. of salt
  • One-fourth tsp. of baking soda
  • One cup of milk

For Toppings

  • Five Tablespoons salted and melted butter
  • One and a half Tablespoons cinnamon
  • Half cup sugar

Directions Of Making Gluten-Free Donuts

  • The oven should be kept ready by preheating at 425 degrees. Now take mini doughnut pan and keep it ready by spraying cooking oil spray
  • Take a bowl and electric mixture and start combining butter, sugar, and oil. Continue this until you get a creamy consistency
  • Now add vanilla and eggs and mix until it is smooth
  • Take another small bowl and whisk together cinnamon, xanthan gum, flour, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Now combine butter mixture and flour mixture together. Mix this thoroughly until it is combined properly
  • Now, scoop this batter to a zip lock cover. Now, make a hole to the cover and fill the doughnut pans.
  • Bake this under 425 degrees at least for seven minutes. Stop baking once the doughnuts are golden brown and pale. You can check these doughnuts using a toothpick
  • After removing from the oven you should keep them aside for at least 5 minutes
  • After cooling, you can start topping

For Toppings

  • Take a small bowl and melt butter
  • Take another bowl and start mixing sugar and cinnamon
  • Take a cooled doughnut and make topping using both cinnamon and butter mixture
  • You can use them equally and once done, keep them in an airtight container
  • You can use these for at least 2 days at room temperature
