1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil, divided

7-8 tablespoons warm water (110-115 degrees F), divided

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour blend, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 7 tablespoons of water; stir until well blended. Gradually add enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

2. Turn out onto a floured surface; knead for about 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

3. preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

4. Punch down dough; divide into 2 pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 12-inch circle. Place on greased baking sheets.

5. Bake for 8 minutes; remove from the oven and top as desired. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

1. preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour blend, baking powder, and salt. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and 7 tablespoons of water; stir until well blended. Gradually add enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

3. Place dough on the prepared pizza pan; press evenly into the bottom and up the sides.

4. Bake for 8 minutes; remove from the oven and top as desired. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
