Asian stir fry-

Ingredients:

One pound boneless and skinless chicken breast.

2 tablespoons of coconut oil.

You require 1 medium onion, 2 heads of broccoli, 2 medium carrots, 2 heads of baby bok choy, 4 ounces of shiitake mushrooms, and one small zucchini.

Half teaspoon sea salt, 2 tablespoon arrowroot powder toasted sesame oil and ume plum vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and one and a half cup water.

Directions:

Wash Pat dry and cut the chicken into cubes.

Heat the oil in the pan, add onions and saute for a few minutes.

Add chicken, broccoli, and carrots to it.

Saute for ten minutes and then add the remaining vegetables to it.

In a bowl mix water and arrowroot powder completely and add it to vegetables.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens stir with sesame oil and honey.
